They want cash

Customer Support isnt very good.

I was without an in-game function (Alchemy Workshop) for over a week. This has a significant impact on gameplay, especially during events. They finally fixed the function, but wont do anything to compensate me for being without a game function for well over a week.

Id look for a different game, different company.
